Has everyone seen Roisin’s pattern book of her original designs? If not here’s a picture of it below…
It’s a compilation of all of her original work that you can see here at GBOW. You can buy the entire book or just each individual pattern. There are seven patterns in all.Below is the Snarf. The Snarf is a scarf and hood all in one. It’s a fairly simple knit.
Next is the Beibin Cocoon. Which is knit in the round and involves some simple cabling and a three needle bind off. It spirals so it hugs the baby nice n snug.
The Chantal Poncho is based on a Poncho that a friend of Roisin’s brought back from Mexico. It is actually knit flat and not in the round and is a fun and unexpected journey.
The savory Island Clamer is a lovely little top knitted in fan stitch and looks lovely made up in soft cotton. A super summer top.
The Texada Time Wrap is a more complicated project for those who might like a bit of a challenge. It is knit flat and involves short rows and wrap n turns and is a lot of fun to make. It looks very impressive and can be made in a wide variety of colors and textures of yarn.
The Lundy Hoodie is super cute. It is knit top down in one piece. It’s super easy to put on even the fussiest of babies and looks adorable.
The whats the point poncho is knit flat and looks amazing when it’s done. Like the Texada Time Wrap it can be made in all sorts of colors and textures. Your imagination is the limit.
